1. Refunds shall be processed strictly through Razorpay in accordance with the published event cancellation policy.

2. Chargebacks and disputes shall be handled as per Razorpay’s dispute resolution framework.

3. Scientific Crew Private Limited shall provide supporting documents such as invoices,registration confirmations, and event details when required.
